Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a fully onsite, contract to permanent opportunity with our client in Chattanooga. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant paralegal experience, ideally in a law firm setting. Essential duties include:

• Drafting of legal documents, correspondence, memos, etc.
• Drafting various pleadings and incorporation of documents
• Trial preparation to include organizing discovery documents, preparing exhibits, bates labeling, organization of client files, etc.
• Filing and recording documents with the appropriate offices/courts
• Maintaining client documents and emails in client workspaces
• Preparation of case notebooks and deposition summaries
