Litigation Legal Assistant - NYC Law Firms - Hybrid

We are working with 2 law firms - both based in New York City - to find a Litigation Legal Assistant. These are great opportunities for legal support professionals with the required litigation experience to be an integral part of a busy team. Both roles are 4 days in office and 1 day home. First 90 days are fully in office (5 days)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support as needed
- Draft, edit, redline and manage litigation documents
- Assist with trial preparation, depositions and arbitrations
- Handle TOCs and TOAs (must be proficient)
- E-filing at the state and federal level
- Time entry, billing and invoices
- Handle trial logistics
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Must be willing to travel domestically for trial

Requirements/Qualitifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience, commercial and/or financial services litigation -- highly preferred
- Must have experinece with TOCs and TOAs (an assessment will be given)
- Must have experience with e-filing at state and federal level
- Must be willing to work overtime if needed
- Must be willing to travel for trial (domestic only)
