Learning & Development Specialist

Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, seeks a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses multiple years of Learning & Development experience, having curated and built out learning initiatives as well as designed trainings. Experience with LinkedIn Learning, coupled with excellent project management skills and a collaborative mindset will allow someone to excel in this position. • Bachelors' degree, required.
• 5 years of Learning & Development experience
• Professional services industry experience, strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with the LinkedIn Learning platform, coupled with strong project management skills.
• Exposure to benefits administration, preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $85k-$115k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
