IP Docketing Clerk

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Intellectual Property Docketing Clerk for a hybrid, contract to permanent position with our client in Midtown, Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a IP Docketing Professional. Essential duties include:

• Managing the tracking and processing of patent and trademark applications, ensuring timely deadlines and accurate data entry within the IP management systems.
• Monitoring case progress and notifying attorneys of upcoming due dates.

Expertise in legal terminology, patent office correspondence, and docketing software preferred but not required.
