Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and MSAs
- Partner directly with senior leadership
- Help streamline contract processes and support CMS implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel
- Practical, business‑minded attorneys
- Comfortable being the first/solo legal hire
- Experience in manufacturing or construction contracting is helpful, not required
- Thrive in a grounded, team‑oriented culture
