Our client, a prestigious media and arts organization, is seeking an HR Consultant to join their Human Resources team in New York City for a minimum of 3 months. The ideal candidate brings experience in employee relations, performance management, training, and succession planning, and thrives in a compliance-heavy environment. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
- 7 years of HR experience, required.
- Experience leading employee relations and performance management, required.
- Strong judgement, organization, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
