Human Resources Admins, we could use your help! Our client, located in the Beaverton area, is in need of a sharp and reliable Human Resources Admin to work on a temporary, long-term basis while they work through a permanent hire.

As the Human Resources Admin, you would be working alongside a busy, people-focused team helping with:

• Leave of absence tracking and related paperwork
• Employee file updates and HR documentation
• Following up on missing information
• Supporting HR inbox requests and administrative needs
• Updating forms, records, and internal HR information
• Coordinating with employees, managers, and internal contacts
• Various related HR administrative duties as needed

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed HR work, can stay organized, and is comfortable jumping in quickly to support a collaborative team. This role is fully in office in a professional, business casual environment.

To be considered for this specific position you would need:

• Prior leave of absence processing experience
• HR administrative experience, ideally in a coordinator, assistant, or administrative support role
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working with confidential employee information
• Basic Excel skills
• Ability to work in a computer-heavy administrative role
• A flexible, helpful approach and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
