Health Care Business Solutions Project Manager

Beacon Hill Technologies is a seeking a Senior Project Manager - Business Solutions that will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk initiatives that intersect enterprise business systems and healthcare construction projects. This role ensures seamless alignment between construction timelines and enterprise technology delivery, including ERP, supply chain, workforce, and third-party systems.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role serves as the primary execution lead and partners closely with portfolio leadership to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-project impacts.

Required Skills:
8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
Proven track record managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Experience delivering initiatives involving enterprise systems (ERP or similar) and integrations
Experience supporting projects tied to construction, facilities, or physical site delivery
Strong experience managing vendors, budgets, and financial forecasts
Ability to lead across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience working in Healthcare industry/ setting

Desired Skills:
Experience with Oracle ERP (Finance, HCM) or similar platforms
Familiarity with supply chain and workforce systems (e.g., UKG)
Understanding of design & construction processes, including exposure to drawings and specifications
Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet
Background in construction, real estate development, or capital projects environments
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience in matrixed or portfolio-driven organizations
