Our client, a global leader in real estate development and management, is seeking a Director, Head of HR Systems, Operations & Analytics to join their New York City team. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, required.
- 10 years of experience in HR technology, operations, or shared services.
- Proven expertise in HR systems (UKG, iCIMS) is required, with additional experience in Cornerstone, Culture Amp, and benefits administration systems preferred.
- Proven success leading system integrations, upgrades, or consolidations across multiple vendors.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across HR, IT, and business leadership.
The salary for this role is $160k-$210k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience
