Who We're Looking For:

• 6 years of sophisticated commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Experience across copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals
• Familiarity with music, digital media, or content-driven businesses strongly preferred
• Comfortable advising on high-stakes, business-critical agreements
