Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to the CEO and Managing Partner. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating extensive travel, and ensuring seamless execution of high-level projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in professional services, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing multiple, highly complex calendars using Outlook; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and attorneys; preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items; tracking project deadlines and deliverables; processing expense reports and internal receipts; serving as the primary point of contact for internal and client communications; and handling occasional personal tasks such as scheduling appointments and reservations.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5 years supporting senior executives at the C-level; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, and Zoom; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to anticipate needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment; exceptional discretion and professionalism; and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing priorities.
