In this role, you'll manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Position Details:
- Location: Burlington, MA

- Responsibilities include managing intricate calendars and scheduling executive-level meetings; coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas and logistics; preparing meeting materials and handling confidential correspondence; overseeing office operations and vendor relationships; serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal teams; supporting event planning and executive off-sites; and processing expense reports accurately and on time.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in corporate settings; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and relationship-building abilities; ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information; and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
