Desktop & Network Support Specialist

5 days a week on site in Philadelphia, PA

3 month contract

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and external devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Support office and conference room technology, including AV equipment.
• Maintain and configure network and infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  
  

• 5 years of experience in End User Support at a senior level.
• Experience with networking; Cisco Meraki experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• CompTIA A , Network , or Security
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
• ITIL Foundation certification (a plus)
