Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid Norristown, PA - 2 days on site, 3 days remote

Responsibilities

• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.

• Learn business processes quickly and apply that knowledge to support technical workflows.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional needs.

• Support issue resolution by identifying data discrepancies and recommending improvements.

• Assist in documenting processes and system behaviors for cross-functional understanding.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across both technical and operational areas.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in a technical, analytical, or operations role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL query writing.

• Ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.

• Strong desire and openness to learning new business concepts and systems quickly.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
