What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Recruiter position at Beacon Hill?
Our client is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Contract Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative within a growing manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in recruiting production talent while owning the candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound applicants through the ATS
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for manufacturing and production openings
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Create offer letters and facilitate onboarding paperwork
- Initiate and track background checks and drug screens
- Conduct candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Review walk-in and paper applications
- Partner with HR on recruiting strategies, sourcing initiatives, and social media recruiting efforts
- Deliver a professional, "white glove" candidate experience from source to offer
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1 years of recruiting experience (2-5 years preferred)
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, CNC, or industrial positions
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred
- Experience with onboarding and orientation programs
- Experience using Cornerstone or a similar ATS
- Proficiency in Excel
