Chief of Staff to $300K - Become a Strategic Partner!

Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with senior executives on high-priority initiatives, strategic planning, and business growth opportunities. In this role, you will act as an extension of leadership, driving execution across a diverse portfolio of projects while helping evaluate and launch new initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 10 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or strategic operating roles, along with an MBA and a track record of leading complex projects.

• Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor and representative to senior leadership; driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution; leading business analysis, financial modeling, and market research to support decision-making; managing cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders; helping evaluate, structure, and launch new business ventures; preparing executive-level presentations, investment materials, and strategic recommendations; supporting talent acquisition and organizational planning for emerging initiatives; and improving operating processes, communication flow, and overall business effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate possesses 10 years of experience in consulting, private equity or venture capital; exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills; experience partnering closely with founders, executives, or investment professionals; proven success leading high-impact projects in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities; and the judgment, discretion, and executive presence necessary to operate as a trusted extension of leadership.
