Case Clerk
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full‑time, in‑office (5 days per week)
A well‑established, international law firm is seeking a Case Clerk to join its legal support team in Phoenix. This is a full‑time, in‑office role supporting attorneys and legal assistants with document management, case organization, and administrative projects. The Case Clerk will also collaborate with Case Clerks across offices to provide coverage and manage shared workloads.
This role is well suited for someone interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a legal environment.
- Assist with document review and organization using e‑discovery platforms such as Nextpoint and Relativity
- Prepare binders for trial, mediation, and motions
- Maintain and organize case files, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and closing/archiving
- Review and obtain court dockets via Westlaw, PACER, and state court websites
- Assist with scanning and file management projects
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
- Prior administrative or legal experience preferred
- Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable learning new software and working in a fast‑paced environment
- Salary range: $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience
