Job Summary
This role blends business development with operational account management. The ideal candidate will drive growth by securing new clients while also overseeing daily operations for existing accounts, ensuring high-quality service and strong client relationships. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with potential clients. Develop tailored facility service solutions, negotiate contracts, and meet sales goals.
Operations & Account Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, conduct site visits, manage service quality, and resolve client concerns. Handle renewals, special services, and ensure compliance.
Customer Service: Act as primary contact for clients, maintain strong relationships, and gather feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
Market Knowledge & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs while preparing reports on sales and operational performance.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in facility services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
High school diploma required; degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
