Title: Application Solution Architect (.NET tech stack)
Remote / Hybrid Schedule: Hybrid. Alternating one week onsite one week remote. Fridays are only remote. Once they are trained in the role will only need one week onsite per month.

The Application Solution Architect is responsible for the analysis, solution design, and deployment of application remediations as part of the AUTP transformation program. This program focuses on adopting a global SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder platform across the U.S. market and Americas factory operations. The role works closely with business partners, enterprise architecture, and global delivery teams to ensure spoke applications align with global standards and strategy.
Educated to degree level, ideally in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent
10 years of experience working in IT, delivering complex, cross-functional, global programs
10 years of solution or application architecture experience in complex enterprise environments
Proven ability to drive business change through IT program delivery and challenge existing norms
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships
Experience managing IT suppliers and distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones
Engaging, articulate communicator with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA upgrade or equivalent large-scale ERP transformation experience
Experience integrating applications with SAP S/4 using SAP BTP
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
Familiarity with data lake technologies such as Microsoft Azure Data Lake
Experience within consumer products or manufacturing environments (tobacco industry a plus)
Analyze the impact of global SAP S/4 template adoption on spoke applications, including process, data model, data conversion, integration, and application changes
Partner with Business Partners, IT teams, and Enterprise Architecture to develop functional and technical remediation specifications
Identify solution options and create Key Decision Documents (KDDs) to support strategic and architectural decisions
Define and manage application remediation delivery strategies aligned with overall program timelines
Coordinate with local, global, and third-party teams to ensure build, test, and deployment milestones are met
Manage project interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with Data, Integration, and Development teams to adopt SAP S/4 standard data models and integration methods
Leverage internal assets and third-party relationships to design scalable, supportable solutions
Apply operational experience to ensure solutions are practical, low-risk, and production-ready
Build strong partnerships with Business Process Leads, Data & IT Tower Leads, and Global IT teams
