Responsibilities:
- Post daily cash receipts received and ensure accurate application to customer accounts and invoices based on provided remittance documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities for the Accounts Receivable team.
- Monitor unapplied customer payments and promptly apply them to invoices.
- Collaborate with accounting staff to correctly code miscellaneous cash receipts.
- Prepare necessary documents for payment discrepancies and assist in researching and resolving customer account discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare monthly compliance reporting on international sales and receipts.
- Assist with other Accounts Receivable tasks within the company as needed.
- Provide support to the Credit team in managing accounts and assessing credit risk.
