Seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions across a modern Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves driving product innovation, improving client data experiences, and contributing to AI-driven initiatives for enhanced advisor and customer engagement. Ideal professionals are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and bring strong coding and DevOps discipline to every project.

Must-Have Skills

• 8 years of software engineering experience, including advanced coding within Salesforce CRM.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and modern Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of code coverage, observability, secure coding, and monitoring practices.
• Experience with DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills-able to dissect complex codebases and deliver efficient solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable in discussion, debate, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions with emphasis on scalability, performance, and secure coding practices.
• Support integration efforts to bring client and account data into Salesforce for enhanced visibility and user experience.
• Contribute to application modernization and decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle-from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive DevOps best practices through CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and automated testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and align with product roadmaps.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies, frameworks, and release updates.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence across the team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud exposure or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ (JSON or AVRO formats).
• Experience with Java, React, Angular, or OpenShift for broader ecosystem integration.
• Background in AI-driven automation or data capture workflows is a plus.
• Prior experience contributing to engineering standards, frameworks, and reusable components.
