Payroll & Benefits Manager – Hybrid / Greater Boston Area
Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to support payroll, benefits administration, and related employee programs across multiple regions. This role will oversee day-to-day payroll operations, support benefits processes, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and partner with internal stakeholders on reporting and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and related programs.
- Maintain compliance with payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
- Support audits, reconciliations, reporting, and recordkeeping activities.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll and benefits operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis related to payroll and employee programs.
- Contribute to ongoing projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10 years of payroll experience, including 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
