Are you an experienced accounting leader ready to jump in, make an immediate impact, and keep things moving? We are partnering with two growing, dynamic organizations that needs a sharp, hands-on accounting professional to step in ASAP on a contract, ongoing basis.
Whether your background is Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller, this role is built for someone who can operate at a high level while still rolling up their sleeves!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and/or oversee the month-end close process
• Dig into the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership
• Help stabilize and/or improve current accounting processes and workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance leadership, and external stakeholders
• Step in where needed-this is a true "get it done" environment

• Has strong accounting leadership experience (Manager through Controller level)
• Is comfortable owning both day-to-day execution and big-picture oversight
• Can step into ambiguous or transitional environments and create order
• Brings experience with ERP systems and Excel
• Is proactive, confident, and able to operate independently
