Key Responsibilities
- Draft and file routine legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
- Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive case files
- Manage calendaring and track critical deadlines to ensure timely compliance
- Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events
- Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, meetings, and trials
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding case-related matters
- Coordinate correspondence and ensure accurate documentation across all matters
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
