Administrative & Accounting Support Roles - Multiple Openings!
Downtown Seattle | Temp & Hybrid Options Available
We're hiring for multiple support roles with a well-known nonprofit organization in downtown Seattle. These openings support youth programs and back‑office operations and are ideal for reliable and detail‑oriented folks.
Open Roles
Administrative Assistant (Seasonal) - 2 openings
- Full-time, on-site
- May through end of August
- Data entry, phone/email support, program administration
Accounting Assistant / Subsidy Specialist - 1 opening
- 6 month contract
- Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 remote)
- Data entry, payment posting, billing support (Salesforce preferred)
What You'll Do
- Enter and maintain accurate data
- Support admin or accounting processes
- Use Outlook, Excel, and internal systems
- Communicate professionally via email/phone
- Work behind the scenes supporting youth and childcare programs
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, professional, and personable
- Comfortable working on a computer all day
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Excel and Outlook skills
- Admin, accounting, or office experience a plus
- Salesforce experience highly preferred for accounting role
