Our client, a reputable consulting firm with their largest office in Chicago, is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is investing heavily in business intelligence, technology, and a newly established Growth Center of Excellence. We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to help drive regional growth initiatives and scale revenue-generating marketing programs.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of growth strategy, marketing, business development, and sales enablement. You’ll partner directly with senior regional leaders to translate market opportunities into targeted campaigns, actionable insights, and meaningful business development activity.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute account-based marketing and demand generation campaigns
- Partner with regional business leaders to support growth priorities and pipeline development
- Develop sales enablement tools, messaging, executive briefings, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, business intelligence, events, and offshore support teams
- Measure campaign effectiveness and scale successful programs across the organization
- Serve as a key Growth Center of Excellence partner to one of CCS’s revenue regions
What We’re Looking For
- 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, revenue marketing, or sales enablement
- Experience supporting complex consultative sales environments
- Background in professional services, consulting, financial services, or another relationship-driven industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders
- Experience with account-based marketing campaigns and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
