Human Resources Coordinator

Well-established, reputable non-profit organization in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing team! Responsibilities:

- Provide overall administrative support to the human resources team

- Assist with onboarding new employees

- Ensure compliance with all external laws and regulations

- Answer questions by explaining human resources policies and procedures to staff

- Ensure all required employment documentation is obtained and verified

- Enter employee data into internal databases

Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR related role

- HRIS experience a plus

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
