Job Overview
A reputable enviromental technology company is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support C‑level executives in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire opportunity that offers competitive pay and free parking!
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives
- Manage complex executive calendars, balancing meetings, travel, and competing priorities to ensure efficient time management and alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up communications
- Serve as a primary liaison between executives and internal teams, as well as external partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate all complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Track and help drive key initiatives and projects, ensuring timely follow-ups, accountability, and completion of action items
- Prepare detailed written communications, executive summaries, reports, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
