Our agency is partnering with a leading, innovative global consumer goods company to add a Deductions Analyst to their growing team. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, validating, and resolving customer deductions/chargebacks while collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance. We're seeking someone detail-oriented, analytical, and confident communicating with internal teams and major retail partners.About the RoleThe Deductions Analyst is responsible for investigating and analyzing outstanding customer deductions and charge-backs to determine compliance with customer agreements. You will work cross-functionally to ensure proper documentation, dispute invalid deductions professionally, and provide process improvement insights to both Accounting and Sales.
