Job Summary: Administrative Secretary / Paralegal (In-Person Role)
Location: On-site at Beacon Medical Group
Reports to: Manager, Value-Based Strategy
Department: BMG Administration
This in-person position supports the Beacon Medical Group Quality Department by coordinating daily team operations, managing data and reports related to provider performance, and performing paralegal duties related to contracts and compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support

Coordinate day-to-day activities of the BMG Quality team on-site.

Perform general office duties: scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, answering phones, and supporting visitors.

Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
Quality & Performance Data Management

Oversee the production and distribution of BMG Provider Scorecards.

Track quality metrics and facilitate internal and external audit processes (e.g., HEDIS, ACO).

Collaborate with team members and vendors to gather and manage data.
Paralegal Support

Assist recruiters in preparing contracts, offer letters, and amendments for physicians and advanced practice providers (APCs).

Coordinate logistics for candidate visits (scheduling, travel, itineraries).

Manage legal documents, contract tracking, and compliance filings.
Special Projects

Lead patient outreach initiatives and insurance payer collaboration projects.

Support additional tasks and projects assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare, or Legal Studies preferred.

Experience: Administrative experience in healthcare and/or legal settings preferred.
