What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Benefits & Compensation, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Beacon’s retirement plans while supporting core benefit functions with innovation and care. You will:

Lead and Empower: Supervise the benefits team, foster continuous learning, and drive customer-first service delivery.

Manage Retirement Plans: Oversee compliance, testing, audits, vendor relationships, and education tied to ERISA-governed retirement plans.

Drive Operational Excellence: Align benefit processes with regulatory standards and enterprise priorities through policy execution and system improvements.

Support our Associates: Serve as the go-to resource for escalated benefit inquiries and resolve complex issues with empathy and precision.

Champion Communication: Collaborate with vendors, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless and accessible benefits experiences.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, including deep expertise with retirement plans.

Knowledge of ERISA and other federal compliance standards.

Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience managing or coaching teams is highly preferred.
