Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner Relations Support team member, located in Orange Beach, AL.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Owner Relations Support team member to join Beachball Properties. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with operational coordination, and support the Owner Relations department through administrative and field-based responsibilities. This role is essential in ensuring strong communication, smooth transitions for owner stays, and overall satisfaction within our owner portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Answer phones, emails, and messages daily, working alongside the team.
- Address owner inquiries and concerns, offering accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service that aligns with Beachball’s brand and service standards.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Track ongoing construction and special projects, ensuring timely communication with owners, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor upcoming owner reservations to ensure seamless transitions and property availability.
- Schedule outside vendors, such as upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, pool cleaning, etc.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication logs related to owners, projects, and internal updates.
Operational Management
- Pull, update, and distribute the weekly Owner Arrival Report to ensure all departments are prepared.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to align schedules and ensure units are ready for incoming owners.
- Support the Owner Relations department by providing status updates and responding to owner-specific inquiries.
- Conduct owner pre-arrival inspections to ensure properties meet quality and readiness standards.
- Assist with various side projects and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type:
- Full-time; On-Site; In office and in the field.
- Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential weekends and holidays as needed.
