Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, team player to be a part of our Owner Relations Team!
In this position, you will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to each of our Clients / Property Owners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships with Owners
- Monitor Owner Retention
- Extend Prompt Service to Owners
- Provide Effective Communication Within the Company and With Clients
- Maintain Owner Property Records
- Encourage and Promote the Company's Culture, Mission, and Core Values
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Proven customer service experience
Work Schedule:
Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. This role will require occasional on-call weekend shifts as this is rotated among the owner relations team.
