Owner Relations Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, team player to be a part of our Owner Relations Team!

In this position, you will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to each of our Clients / Property Owners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships with Owners
• Monitor Owner Retention
• Extend Prompt Service to Owners
• Provide Effective Communication Within the Company and With Clients
• Maintain Owner Property Records
• Encourage and Promote the Company's Culture, Mission, and Core Values

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Proven customer service experience

Work Schedule:

Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. This role will require occasional on-call weekend shifts as this is rotated among the owner relations team.

Valid Driver's License

Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience.
