About the Role
Beach Front Property Management is looking for a detail-driven Property Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and ownership, and understands the unique rhythm of multifamily and property management accounting.

You’ll report directly to the Controller and play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our portfolio.
Job Functions:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned properties
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Review and manage accounts payable
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and create spreadsheet reports to support management decisions
- Assist with consolidated internal and external financial reporting
- Support audits, process improvements, and accounting procedure updates
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company financial information
- Collaborate with operations and accounting team members as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (Property Management / Multifamily strongly preferred)
- Yardi Voyager experience required (2 years preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling a high-volume workload in a dynamic environment
Work schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 100% onsite in Long Beach, CA
