This individual will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability and long-term success
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts; identify variances and provide insight into performance drivers
- Monitor financial trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Lead cost analysis initiatives and provide ongoing financial projections
- Evaluate proposed operational or process changes and assess financial impact
- Develop and improve automated reporting and forecasting tools to increase productivity and accuracy
- Assist leadership in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for banking partners and board presentations
- Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related file
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-starter with ability to streamline processes and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
