Financial Analyst

Position: Financial Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic finance professional to immerse themselves in a pivotal role within a leading construction company. You'll engage directly with business stakeholders, providing financial reporting and analysis that drives executive-level strategy. With projects ranging from power plants to solar farms, this role is a key financial contact, offering you the chance to influence and implement best practices. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement company goals
• Develop annual business plans and forecasts
• Monitor and manage monthly financial results
• Provide financial recommendations at project review meetings
• Analyze project cost reports including risks and contingencies
• Lead trainings on accounting standards and system enhancements
• Serve as liaison for project teams in financial aspects
• Support annual external audit activities
• Execute reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 4 years of related accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detailed, and well-organized

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with construction/engineering contract accounting
• Exposure to Oracle and Microsoft Power BI
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
