Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their team!
Join a dynamic finance role within a leading construction subsidiary. Engage directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership. This role offers the chance to alternate seamlessly between detailed analysis and strategic communication. Be a key financial contact for project teams and leadership, ensuring superior client service.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement goals
- Develop and implement best financial practices
- Monitor and manage monthly financial results
- Support business goals with ad hoc financial analyses
- Serve as liaison for project teams on financial aspects
- Evaluate revenue recognition and analyze project costs
- Attend project review meetings to provide recommendations
- Assist with key close period activities and audits
- Lead financial data analysis and training initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum eight years of related accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong client service and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with construction/engineering accounting
- Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft Power BI
- MBA degree for additional credit
