Job Description Client Service Specialist is responsible for the processing of TBL Services' customer invoices; but not limited to: Essential Job Responsibilities: Freight Payment Processing of both Domestic & International freight bill processing, batching freight bills, handling follow-up carrier and customer questions and resolve any discrepancies or errors that may come in from phone calls, emails, faxes or balance dues. Document, maintain and update work processes/procedures as they relate to each customer account. Learn all TBL Services Software and use that knowledge to enhance the freight payment process and resolve any freight payment issues by using this software.
Point person for customer inquiries on freight payment needs and for TBL Operation Department employees. Answer phones Scanning of carrier freight bills into Freight Payment system. Pick up mail from Post Office, sort mail and open mail.
Must be able to pick up 30lbs. Frequent contact with all TBL Services employees. Contact involves the coordinating of information flow, error resolution, process enhancements and fulfilling customer needs.
Keep regular communication with office personnel on obstacles preventing timely processing of documentation Other Job Responsibilities: Audit carrier freight invoices and handling balance dues. Performing month end Accrual reporting for the customer. Customer Call Center: as needed to assist in routing and carrier assignment for customers.
Also as needed assist in Spot Quote Request from customers: Expedite, Truckload, flatbed, etc. Assist in the implementation process of new customers. To create and maintain good relationships with Vendors and Carriers.
All other job duties that may be assigned.Job Requirements A High School Diploma/GED is required. Previous experience working in an office environment is strongly desired. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required. The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired. Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.
