Responsibilities Include
- Lead a small facilities team, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance feedback
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service requests to ensure smooth operations
- Manage vendor communications, contracts, and scheduling for facilities and procurement needs
- Maintain logs for building access, key control, and office equipment inventory
- Oversee facility-related expenses, purchase orders, and supply stock levels
- Manage office relocation or renovation logistics, including packing coordination and setup
- Update and organize internal records, spreadsheets, and filing systems related to facilities
- Respond to facility-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor and order office supplies and facility-related materials
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including workspace setup for new hires
- 3 years of facilities management or office operations experience, with at least some team leadership
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard administrative tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
