- Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, paying bills, and depositing checks

- Assist with general administrative support and office tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Previous administrative support or office experience, ideally in a service or HVAC-related business
