We provide exceptional service as we cater to our many clients.  Our services include carpet cleaning, maintenance, pressure washing, post-construction, condominium maintenance, and daily porter services.

Job Skills / Requirements

Purpose of the Position

Ensure consistent, high-quality cleaning standards across all BCJ properties (GA, TN, NC), while driving accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight: Manage trainers, inspectors, and QC programs.
• Quality Control Execution: Ensure inspections, reporting, and standards compliance.
• New Property Responsibility: Lead QC setup and stabilization.
• Red Zone Management: Develop strategies and lead recovery actions.
• Training & Development: Oversee onboarding and retraining programs.
• Safety & Compliance: Reinforce OSHA and BCJ safety standards.
• Operations & Accountability: Ensure SOW compliance and immediate corrections.
• Technology & Systems: Use eHub and reporting tools effectively.
• Client Relationships: Maintain strong communication with clients and managers.
• Flexibility: Adapt and resolve real-time operational challenges.
• Monthly reports and presentation
• Ambassador Supervisor training program
• Traveling to our Markets
• Select employee of the month
• QC monthly Safety training classes
• Build twelve months of safety topic videos
• Manage QC simple text messages
• HR- Workers’ compensation monthly meetings
• HR- Accidents Follow up
• HR- Assist with new hire orientation

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to manage multiple properties
• Computer Skills
