Job Skills / Requirements
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving meaningful growth in our Multi-Family division.
What You’ll Do
This is not a “cold call and disappear” sales role. This is a relationship-first, long-term growth position.
- Develop new business within the multi-family (apartment/condo) market
- Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
- Conduct site walks and assess cleaning needs
- Create and present customized service proposals
- Partner with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
- Stay engaged post-sale to support retention and long-term client success
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance
- Network through events, outreach, and referrals to generate new leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (ops & accounting )
- Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and business agreements.

- Trusted advisor to clients—not just a vendor
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in sales or business development (multi-family or service industry preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter with high accountability
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through
- Comfortable with site visits, proposals, and presentations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
