A day in the life

• Run CNC machining centers and lathes to transform iron castings into finished parts.
• Load and unload castings safely and efficiently to keep production moving.
• Inspect parts and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Learn machine basics—offsets, tooling, and good setup practices—with hands-on coaching.
• Read work instructions and follow strict quality standards every time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with your teammates to hit schedule and quality targets.
  
  

What you bring

• Manufacturing background preferred; CNC or machining exposure is a plus.
• Solid work history and reliable attendance—your teammates count on you.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Able to stand, lift, and work in an industrial environment.
