We’re hiring Production Technicians across multiple departments, including:

• CNC Machining (We need both entry level and experienced operators)
• Core Room (core machine operating & core processing)
• Melt Line (hot iron handling / production flow)
• Maintenance Support (entry level machine maintenance / cleaning)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be placed where your skills and mindset fit best. Responsibilities may include:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform material handling and support production flow
• Inspect, process, and verify components to spec
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
• Record and communicate accurate production data
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable. Shows up ready to work.
• Follows direction and established processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
• Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is helpful, not required
