What You’ll Do
You won’t be babysitting a single machine all day. This is real machining, with real variety.
- Machine gray and ductile iron castings to print
- Work across a mix of equipment (CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines from multiple OEMs)
- Perform setups, tool changes, offsets, and in-process checks
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements
- Hold tight tolerances on parts that don’t forgive shortcuts
- Work closely with quality, engineering, and production to keep things moving

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We care more about how you think than where you’ve been.
- CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience machining castings or iron is a plus, not a requirement
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn goes a long way
- Ability to read prints and use basic inspection tools
- Someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time
