The role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting sophisticated tax matters. This confidential opportunity is with an established law firm offering sophisticated transactional tax work within a collaborative investment funds practice. Attorneys receive meaningful responsibility while advising clients on complex partnership tax matters and working closely with experienced legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Advise on partnership tax matters involving investment fund transactions.

Qualifications
