Duties
• Represent clients in sophisticated intellectual property litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition matters.
• Handle complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
• Lead trial preparation, courtroom advocacy, and appellate proceedings involving intellectual property disputes.
• Represent clients before the International Trade Commission in Section 337 investigations and related proceedings.
• Conduct post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes review and other administrative proceedings.
• Develop strategic litigation plans for high-value intellectual property and commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, appellate submissions, and other complex legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal and technical research involving intellectual property and commercial litigation issues.
• Collaborate with technical experts, engineers, inventors, and corporate clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Advise clients regarding intellectual property protection, litigation risks, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Manage multiple sophisticated litigation matters while maintaining exceptional client service and meeting critical deadlines.
• Mentor junior attorneys while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's intellectual property litigation practice.

Requirements
• 20 years of intellectual property litigation experience.
• Extensive experience handling patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and commercial litigation matters.
• Strong trial and appellate litigation experience.
• Experience practicing before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is highly desirable.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
