📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and draft comprehensive coverage opinions.

• Prepare and file pleadings, including dispositive motions.

• Manage discovery and participate in all aspects of litigation strategy.

• Conduct and attend depositions and court conferences.

• Argue motions and handle courtroom proceedings as needed.

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.

• Strong knowledge of bad faith claims and coverage disputes.

• Admitted and in good standing in Illinois; additional state bars a plus.
