Key Responsibilities
• Advise employers on health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and executive compensation matters.
• Stay current on regulatory and legislative developments under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Work independently and also collaborate across departments to deliver strategic legal solutions.
• Communicate complex benefits and compensation issues to clients in clear, actionable terms.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.
• 4 years of experience in employee benefits or ERISA law.
